Wellnixee™ wants every customer to feel confident when choosing bedding for their home. If an item is not suitable, you may contact our support team to request return assistance under the conditions below.

🧺 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for review, returned items should generally be:

  • Unused and clean
  • In original condition
  • Not washed, altered, stained, or damaged by use
  • Returned with original packaging or included product materials when possible
  • Submitted with a valid order reference

For hygiene and quality reasons, bedding products that show signs of use may not qualify for return approval.

📦 Items With Product Concerns

If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was expected, please contact us with clear photos and a short explanation. Wellnixee™ support will review the details and provide the next available resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted when:

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered
  • The product has visible stains, odors, hair, or wear
  • The request is missing order details
  • The product condition cannot be reasonably verified
  • The item was damaged after delivery
